Faculties of the full time department: Faculty of General and Fundamental Training (1st, 2nd, 3rd,4th years of study) and Faculty of Specialized Training (5th 6th years of study).
Admission is conducted on competitive basis according to the entrance exams results:
- Drawing (Head)
- Drawing (Composition)
- Drafting
- Russian language
- Mathematics
Tuition fees for international students per year (according to decision of Scientific Council):
Preparatory course - 180 000 rubles
1 year – 4 year - 250 000 rubles
5 year – 6 year - 250 000 rubles
Postgraduate course - 270 000 rubles
Internship (preparation of the diploma project) - 300 000 rubles
Internship - 270 000 rubles
Payment should be made in the “Baltiiyskiy Bank” or by transfer from 1st of July till 19th of September 2009.
2. Prices for the Hostel for the international studens are cpecified in the following table. It depend on the kind of the room and the quantity of persons living in one room.

3. If the students iv visited by relatives (spouse, parents) their living is paid by the following order:

3.1. For the joint living in the big room – 150 rubles per person, per night.

3.2. For the joint living in the small room – 120 rubles per person, per night.
4. Temporary living for the persons visiting MARKHI in the special rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors is paid by the following table. The price depends on the kind of the room and the quantity of persons living in one room.

5. Price for the temporary living for the persons that take entering examinations for the period of the examination is 415 rubles per night (from the 1st of September).
6. Persons that will not free the room for the period of holidays or temporary departure would have to pay for the room according to the table in the point 1. If the person will free the room he wouldn’t have to pay for the room, but the administration of the hostel doesn’t guarantee that he will у given the same room after returning.
7. Students should pay for the hostel twice a year till the 25 of September and till 25 of February.
