Article FUNCTIONAL ANALYTICS OF URBAN PLANNING SYSTEMS: CORE COMPONENTS

Abstract Development of functional analytics is grounded by the tasks to evaluate and assess the efficacy of urban planning in directing human settlements development. The paper raises arguments to evaluate planning positions and to assess the orientations of development goals. This article is dealing as well with methodological issues to strengthen planning methodology in adoption of new planning paradigms.
