Abstract The article discusses the main ways of solving complex problems of post-war construction. The main prerequisite for the solution of which is the creation of an effective system, capable of ensuring coordination and control architecture and construction science, based on the latest achievements of science and technology. The factors that determined its contents and particularities of the formation and implementation mechanisms are analyzed.
