Article THE ARCHITECTURE OF MODERN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES IN URBAN SPACE ON THE EXAMPLE OF GARBAGE RECYCLING PLANTS AND STATIONS FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Abstract The article is about the architectural techniques used in industrial buildings in the urban space by the example of garbage treatment plants and stations for wastewater treatment. With the increase of urbanization and population density the problems connected with needs of recycling and ecosystem cleaning in cities became actual. The author examines the current ideology that supplied today the industrial architecture of such structures and methods of effective and harmonious integration of utilitarian industrial facilities in the urban environment.
