Article	"Vymskaya Zemlya" as an object of cultural heritage and scenarios of its treatment

Abstract	The article examines the problem of turning the protected area "Vymskaya Zemlya" into a monument, which does not have the appropriate legal status, but represents a "de facto" integral, unique and distinctive historical and cultural macroregion. Various scenarios of dealing with the identified heritage are presented as methods of "revitalizing", aimed at implementing the ideas of conservation, modern use and development.
